Tax Compliance Analyst Client Success Rep

As a Tax Compliance Analyst Client Success Representative, you will be expected to take ownership of your work and to be productive in finding solutions to any problems that arise. Responsibilities:
- Manage client relationships and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
- Work closely with the sales, onboarding, and technical teams to ensure client needs are met
- Conduct training sessions with clients on the NOTICENINJA platform
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve any technical issues
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in CRM
- Monitor and track client usage of the platform
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve the NOTICENINJA platform and services
- Ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Develop and manage project plans and timelines to ensure successful and on-time project delivery.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Meet personal/customer service team targets and case handling quotas
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
Requirements:
- 3 – 5 years proven customer support experience as a Client Service Representative
- 3 – 5 years' experience with tax notice compliance
- Track record of over-achieving goals
- Strong Zoom/Teams contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
